As a licensed healthcare professional, military veteran, registered nurse, paramedic, and devoted mother, I founded Holistic Health Concierge with a deeply personal mission: to help people reclaim their vitality so they can fully enjoy the most meaningful parts of life — especially time with family.

My own journey as a busy mom showed me how easy it is to put everyone else’s health first while neglecting your own. I wanted to build a practice where I could protect my own time with my children while offering others the same gift — the energy, clarity, and wellness needed to be fully present for the people they love most. That’s why I created an exclusive, appointment-only concierge practice in Boca Raton that prioritizes quality over quantity. With extensive clinical experience, I bring a strong foundation in emergency response, critical care, surgical settings, and advanced patient coordination. These high-stakes environments taught me the value of clear thinking, compassion, and addressing the whole person under pressure.

Since 2013, I’ve specialized in a holistic and functional medicine approach leaning on regenerative/integrative treatments.
